Recommended usage

For adults, 2 gummy bears per day, sucking on them or chewing them. As long-term studies on the effects of melatonin are limited to adults, it is not recommended for children or adolescents. It is also not recommended for people suffering from serious kidney or liver problems, epilepsy, leukemia or certain types of cancer. Talk to your physician if you are taking other kinds of mediation. Contraceptive pills may increase melatonin production in the body, while taking it alongside anticoagulants may increase the risk of bleeding. Do not supplement melatonin if you are taking corticosteroids to suppress immune responses in case of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. Do not take it together with antidepressants, blood sugar medicine or antispasmodics. As melatonin makes you sleepy, do not drive or engage in activities requiring high attention or concentration while using it.
